Last Chance for Skiing

With a name like Winter Park, you can expect that the winter season is our most popular time to visit. It is no secret that Winter Park is home to some of the best skiing here in the state of Colorado. Our ski season kicks off early, usually around November, and has an exceptionally late season, closing near the end of May. This makes our ski season a lot longer than other ski destinations around the country. Your spring visit can bring you the last opportunity to have to hit the slopes before the snow melts away for the year. Winter Park Resort is your top destination for skiing in the area and will provide you with the best experience. Winter Park Resort offers various different slopes of all experience levels for you to enjoy. Multiple ski lifts around the property make it easy to reach your next slope quickly. Winter Park Resort also makes sure you are ready for your next visit. Stop by the rental shop to pick up all the gear you need including boards, skis, boots, bindings, and more. The resort also offers onsite lessons to help you get your bearings before hitting the slopes. Winter Park Resort offers all kinds of events and activities throughout the spring making it easy to see why a stop here is needed.
