In this day and age, it isn’t often we get to enjoy the laid-back way of traveling by train, but the Georgetown Loop Railroad changes all that! The Longest Slide of Your Life
This next activity has a limited shelf life, as the Alpine shuts down for the winter after September 29th, but if your fall break takes place before that, we seriously recommend you try it out! Billed as Colorado’s longest slide, the adventure begins with a trip up the Arrow Lift and ends 3000 feet later at the base of Winter Park Resort. Not for children under the age of 2, this ride costs $20 per person for riders 5 and over and $6 for riders under 5 and is a blast for the whole family! This is one of the best Winter Park fall activities!
