New Enhanced Cleaning Standards:

We are taking additional steps to make ensure our guests enjoy their Winter Park vacation and add peace of mind by now offering hospital grade disinfectants and sanitizing after each guest stay which is now part of our comprehensive cleaning process.


New Flexible Cancellation Policy:

For all reservations booked directly with Winter Park Escapes, you can now change or cancel the reservation within 72 hours of booking with no penalty or fees. Our revised policy will also allow guests to cancel with a full refund up to 14 days before arrival and reschedule their reservation within 1 year from the start date of the original reservation up to the day of check-in.

For cancellations within 14 days of arrival our normal cancellation policy will apply with no refunds at that point, but we now allow a full reschedule free of charge.

Note: This revised policy is only for new reservations taken on or after April 1st, 2020. No changes or cancellations will be permitted on any prior re-booked reservations using this revised policy. In the event the reservation is not rebooked and started within the 1-year, all funds will be forfeited. If you wish to gift or transfer the reservation to someone else there will be a $150 administrative fee deducted from the credit.
