Winter Park Resort is only 5 minutes away and the FREE on call resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The Rec Center is just down the street as well with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock-climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar.

We do not charge a security deposit or reservation fee and all of our properties have Free high-speed Wi-Fi, keyless entry, accidental damage coverage, flexible cancelation, luxurious towels/linens & toiletries, and returning guest discounts. Optional concierge services are also available which include personal grocery shopping, private chef, in room massages and custom equipment fittings at your door. Many of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C because of the cooler climate. The resort base does close during the off seasons in the spring and fall and will vary depending on snow conditions, but the downtown area remains open year round. Each free activity is limited to one per day and must be reserved in advance through Xplorie and are seasonal subject to our partners availability. A current list of our free activities and full details of the program can be viewed on our website. THIS PROPERTY DOES ALLOW AUTHORIZED DOGS ONLY. THE PET FEE IS $49 NIGHTLY WITH A 2 PET MAX (NO EXCEPTIONS). Reservations with pets are not allowed for stays longer than 14 days. The unit includes parking for a max of 2 vehicles (1 in front of the garage, and 1 in the community overflow spots on a first come first serve basis; please note that the owners have a car parked in garage so it is not assessable to guests).
