Located just 5 minutes away from Winter Park Resort, it is also close to the shops and restaurants of Winter Park and the Grand Park Rec Center where swimming pools, waterslides, a fitness center, rock climbing wall, and playground will keep visitors entertained. Fireside Market is just steps away from your front door, making it easy to stock up the fully equipped kitchen with all the foodstuff you and your family will need. But when you walk inside #107 for the first time, thinking of doing anything that requires leaving this sweet loft will be the last thing on your mind. Walk into a large entry way offering a bench for taking off your boots and racks to hold your skis on one side and a closet hiding a washer and dryer on the other. Follow the path of hardwood floors to the open concept great room in which the best memories will be made.
A living room with leather furnishings (including a queen sleeper/sofa) that face the 65 inch smart tv hanging over the gas fireplace. A large white bookshelf filled with pieces of art connects to the stacked stone fireplace opposite a white leather recliner sitting next to sliding glass doors that lead out to a fully furnished patio. The kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to create a meal (minus the food, unless you have already stopped by the Fireside Market for supplies, of course!) is a modern space admired by any serious chefs. Featuring custom cabinetry, white stone counters, and stainless steel appliances, the breakfast bar which sits in front of the dining room offers overflow seating for four in comfortable black leather barstools. Four more stylish leather chairs surround the dining room table that lies under the spotlight of a wagon wheel style chandelier and a colorful painting of California poppies stares down at guests eating, laughing, and talking happily together.
The bedrooms of #107 are bright and cheerful, the master suite containing a king bed topped by forest themed linens, a 50-inch smart TV, and access to its own private bath. The bathroom offers a walk-in shower, modern fixtures, and a brightly lit vanity mirror perfectly designed to ensure your selfies are lit to perfection. The second guest bedroom shares the bathroom with the rest of the home, but also offers a king bed and 50-inch smart television for late night entertainment. The balcony of this luxury loft offers another seating area and a barbecue grill that will put a sparkle in your favorite backyard chef’s eyes and access to community amenities includes one of the largest hot tubs we have ever seen, a 30 person bubbling wonder that may be the spot you never want to leave, the heated garage under the property, and a storage area for your skis that ensures you won’t need to carry your set all the way to your vacation property.

Many of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C because of the cooler climate. The resort base does close during the off seasons between the 3rd week in April to the middle of June and the beginning of October to the middle of November, but the town is still open. THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT ALLOW PETS. (NO EXCEPTIONS). Reservations with pets are not allowed for stays longer than 14 days.
