Many of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C because of the cooler climate. The resort base does close during the off seasons between the 3rd week in April to the middle of June and the beginning of October to the middle of November, but the town is still open. THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT ALLOW PETS (NO EXCEPTIONS). Parking in the complex is by permit only, and the property will come with 4 parking spaces for a max of 4 vehicles (1 assigned garage spot, 1 garage overflow spot available first come first serve, & 2 exterior spots).
