With this property being slightly more remote resulting in less light pollution, star gazing from the property is amazing. The property sits on private acreage allowing for a unique private setting while taking in the beauty of the Rocky Mountain scenery. There is a beautiful stream on the property that you can hear from the deck and have access to private running water. This mountain log home is also situated close to trail systems and provides first-class biking, hiking, and snowshoeing. You can hike or bike from the house onto the national forest trails, directly accessible from your private road. Winter Park Resort is just a short distance away providing fantastic downhill skiing, snowboarding, tubing, fishing, hiking, shopping, dining and the largest mountain bike park in the U.S.
When you stay at Ranch Creek Luxury Log Home you will notice the home has extensive exposed wood interior and vaulted ceilings which provide a true Rocky Mountain feel, including a 2 story great room which leads out to the deck above the hot tub. The kitchen includes an island and updated appliances. The kitchen and dining area provides seating for 14 between the dining table, 4 person table, and counter/bar areas. Just off the living room you will find a BBQ grill allowing you to cook up a delicious meal for the family! A beautiful real wood fireplace is located in the living room for those chilly Rocky Mountain evenings. The living room area is great for family entertaining with plenty of space for the whole family! This home is also equipped with ceiling fans to keep cool during the summer season.
