Winter Park Resort is just right across the street and the popular recreational areas of Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park are only a 30 minute drive, making for an exceptional rocky mountain accommodation. The Ski Resort of Winter Park is accessible via Winter Park’s free year-round shuttle, with the bus stop just steps away. This luxurious mountain paradise is home to some of the best views in the area, as you look out towards the Continental Divide and down the valley towards Winter Park, providing fantastic scenery from every window. The resort village also has great events, restaurants, bars and shopping.

The heating system for this mountain home is radiant in-floor heat with separate climate controls in every room, so all the wood and tile floors are continuously warm, which feels great during the winter season. The home is also equipped with ceiling fans to keep cool during the summer season. The home also includes a new custom hot tub on the lower patio, 2 car garage, bike storage and a beautiful stone fireplace with gas. The neighborhood does not allow trailer parking along the road or blocking other driveways, and fines will be imposed for non compliance.
