Walls of windows in every room provide endless opportunities to stare out onto the ever changing landscape outside and because every guest deserves their own private space to recharge and renew, #404 also includes 2 QUEEN BEDS, A QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA AND A PACK AND PLAY PORTABLE CRIB.
Style, comfort, and luxury are important to the success of your vacation experience, but so are the less glamourous parts of vacation rentals. Walking into #404 for the first time, the entryway is large, bright, and provides trays and racks for storage of skis, eliminating the need to carry them any further than the front door. A stackable washer and dryer hidden behind a pocket door is convenient for removing pants that may have become muddy during your Colorado adventures and immediately throwing in the wash.
Once the necessities have been taken care of, wood floors stained the color of driftwood that washes up on the beach create a pathway to follow for further exploration of this charming and sophisticated condo. Wander into the living room, where a dove gray sleeper sofa and two chairs create a conversation nook, reading spot, or the opportunity to watch the 55-inch Smart TV hanging on the stone wall in which a gas fireplace emits heat, romance, and a touch of cabin style. It is flanked on either side by a set of built-in bookshelves filled with art pieces found in local galleries and a few games or books meant to be used by the tenants who are residing within. A golden ottoman is placed within foot resting distance from the sofa, a soft rug feels warm beneath cold feet, and sliding glass doors (along with oversized windows) keep the room light and bright while also offering a space to sit and enjoy the views of the mountains that are visible just beyond the boundaries of the Hideaway Station community. A barbecue grill can be found out here as well, offering a shiny charm that all entice the grill master in your family to give it a go.
The chef’s kitchen is a sleekly modern space offering custom cabinets painted a crisp white, white stone counters, and high end appliances that brings the joy back to the cooking experience. The gas range is a beautiful model that guests will fall in love with, and the expansive breakfast bar provides overflow seating for three on upholstered bar stools that run along the front of the kitchen; three modern pendant lights hang over the breakfast bar keeping this room bright even on the darkest of days.
If the kitchen is the center of the home, the living room and the dining room provide the anchors that keep the space grounded. A dark wood table is perched under a wagon wheel style chandelier providing a multipurpose space that brings the heart to 404. Here is where board games will be played in between Winter Park adventures, loud conversations will be punctuated with frequent bursts of laughter, and delicious food will be devoured within minutes of being placed on the table.
The master suite is designed to be a room that guests will look forward to retreating to at the end of every day. Offering a queen bed topped with a premium mattress and high thread count linens, a wood headboard provides a place to lean against as you drift off to sleep watching the 32-inch Smart TV that hangs on the wall opposite. A soft throw tossed along the edge of the bed provides extra warmth on cold nights and an ensuite bath with walk in shower, single vanity, and designer accents provides for the less glamourous necessities in life.
The second bedroom is another tranquil space with its queen bed placed where it can enjoy views of the 32-inch Smart TV and the mountains that guard the Colorado landscape visible through the oversized window along the far wall of the room. This room does not offer an ensuite bath, but the main bath of unit 404 is close enough to feel as if it is attached, offering a tiled walk-in shower with glass doors, a single vanity, and another generously sized mirror hanging over the sink.
When it comes to amenities, our Hideaway Station Luxury Lofts has it all. Inside you can expect to find high speed internet, an Amazon Alexa that makes an excellent concierge, keyless entry, and a supply of locally roasted coffee for your caffeine needs. Community amenities include an elevator for easy access to your luxury loft, heated underground parking, a public seating area, and access to one of the largest hot tubs you have probably ever seen, a 30-person version that sits under the big blue Colorado sky. Bike storage, ski storage, and a dog washing station (this unit does not accept pets, but if you time it right you might catch sight of one of the resident good boys or girls getting a bath!) continue the list of community amenities that will spoil you to all other vacation rentals.

The resort base does close during the off seasons between the 3rd week in April to the middle of June and the beginning of October to the middle of November, but the town is still open.
