Located in the heart of downtown Winter Park, #204 is close to everything that is fun about our mountain town! Spend your days playing at Winter Park resort which is only 5 minutes away from your front door, hang out at the Grand Park Rec Center swimming, rock climbing, and letting your children frolic on the playground, and enjoy pizza, movies, and bowling at the Foundry every day of the week! Coming home each evening, however, to the comforts found in our Winter Park Escapes Hideaway Station Luxury Loft #204, promises to be where the happiest memories of all will be made! Walk into the front entry and take a moment to drop your boots under the bench placed conveniently at the front door, perhaps taking a moment to enjoy the beauty of the large photograph of a snow covered mountain hanging above the bench. On stocking feet, follow the wood floors into the open concept floor plan that will be your home away from home for the next few days.
A laundry room with a stackable washer and dryer permits you to pack light, saving room for the memorabilia and souvenirs you are destined to bring back home with you at the end of your stay. It’s the living room, however, offering a light and cheerful ambiance that will make you stop quickly, as you first catch a glimpse of the wall of windows that let in light, air, and views you will forever hold in your heart. A sectional sofa the color of dried wheat holds a comfortable secret in the form of a queen sized sectional sleeper. Make this your place to sleep and the stacked brick fireplace will keep you warm on the coldest nights of the year and the 65-inch Smart Television hanging over the fireplace will keep you entertained. Bookshelves lined with books, art work, and games sit on either side of the fireplace and comfy leather seats face the beauty of the landscape beyond the walls of glass. The gourmet kitchen may only be used to keep your drinks cold and your coffee hot, but we think you may be tempted to test out the high quality stainless steel appliances during your down times. White stone countertops, soft wood cabinets, and a breakfast bar offering glass pendant lights that hang down from the ceiling and are fronted by 4 barstools complete the portrait of a dream vacation kitchen.
The dining room offers a focal point of a large wood dining room table surrounded by 6 leather chairs and lightened by a wagon wheel type chandelier hanging from above. This space can be used for family feasts or game nights with the gangs once the final trip has been made down the slopes during your winter stay. After the final game has been played and the last sip of wine has been enjoyed, the bedrooms of #204 are bastions of peace and quiet and promise that the sleep enjoyed in their spaces will be deep and glorious. The master suite features a king bed topped with soft linens, but that is not the focal point of the room. The 50-inch smart TV on the dresser opposite the bed provides late-night entertainment, but THAT is not the focal point either. The oversized windows along the wall next to the bed IS the focal point, offering an ever-changing display of beauty and serenity as the hours pass quickly by.
An attached private bath offers tile floor, a wood vanity topped with a stone sink, and a super large mirror that is perfect for selfies. The shower/tub combo gets hot fast and stays hot longer, ensuring that you won’t have to leave until every inch of your body is toasty and warm. The star of the show in the second bedroom is the queen-sized bunk beds and the window offering more breathtaking views! This bedroom shares access to the main bath of the loft which features a single vanity and a walk-in shower. Outside, the private balcony is furnished with a bistro table and a propane grill, and access to community amenities includes the opportunity to soak and simmer in an incredibly large hot tub; this hot tub holds 30 people comfortably and is larger than some people’s pools! A sitting area in the main lobby is stylish and comfortable and a storage room for skis allows you to keep the messy melting snow away from the wood floors of your loft! Finally, a heated underground parking garage and charger for electric cars prove that once again, we at Winter Park Escapes have thought of everything our guests will need to have the vacation of their lifetime!

The resort base does close during the off seasons between the 3rd week in April to the middle of June and the beginning of October to the middle of November, but the town is still open.
