The 4 bedroom/4.5 bathroom townhome sleeps up to 10 PEOPLE, with enough room to spread out comfortably in this impressive 3000 square feet of luxuriously appointed living space, which includes 2 KING BEDS, 1 QUEEN BED, 2 BUNKS WITH 4 TWIN BEDS, AND A PACK & PLAY PORTABLE CRIB.
 

Slopes are accessed via a short walk (approximately 150 yards)  to the “Corridor” ski trail which provides direct access to the Gondola, Arrow or Gemini lifts. For those who want to venture to the base area but not ski the Green line bus stops at Base Camp.

 

 You'll feel right at home the moment you step inside the villa's beautiful warm interior, boasting high-end designer furnishings, cozy mountain touches, in floor radiant heating, Wolf gas range, massive dining table and a beautiful stone fireplace. This home has one of the best location and views available, situated next to the Winter Park Resort  base village, with a ski trail just outside the building that will take you directly to the Zephyr gondola. The base area has various activities throughout the year which includes skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, and scheduled entertainment.   

This welcoming home is very "family friendly" with several upgraded features that other rentals in the area don't offer, including a completely equipped chef's kitchen, wall mounted HD smart TV's to stream your favorite online apps including Netflix's, You Tube and Hulu, a large assortment of board games, an Amazon Alexa for hospitality speaker to provide you with your own virtual personal concierge, locally roasted gourmet coffee, door pad for keyless secure entry with 24 hour check in, blue tooth speaker for streaming your favorite playlist, FREE wireless high speed internet, premium bedding, portable crib, booster chair with tray, and completely stocked with everything you need including organic 5 star hotel quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion.

The resort village also offers several summer attractions including Trestle, one of North America's largest mountain bike parks, an alpine slide, mini golf, human maze, zip line, gyro extreme, disc golf, rock climbing wall, bungee trampolines, gold panning, and bouncy house. There is also a fantastic new rec center just down the road, that has multiple swimming pools, waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, outdoor playground and gymnasiums.
 
The Town of Winter Park is only a 5 minute drive or FREE shuttle away, with additional mountain restaurants, shopping, night life and various scheduled events and activities at the new Hideaway Park amphitheater. The popular recreational areas of Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park are only a 30 minute drive, making for an exceptional rocky mountain accommodation. Until further notice and the removal of this disclaimer, all decks at the property are not useable by guests for safety reasons. The decks are being inspected by an engineering team and should not be used until that happens in mid-August. This means the bbq grill and hot tub will not be accessible to guests.

Many of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C because of the cooler climate. The resort base does close during the off seasons in the spring and fall and will vary depending on snow conditions, but the downtown area remains open year round. All free activities must be reserved in advance through Xplorie and are seasonal subject to our partners availability. THIS PROPERTY DOES ALLOW DOGS ONLY AND THE FEE IS $49 PER NIGHT WITH 2 MAX (NO EXCEPTIONS). Reservations with pets are not allowed for stays longer than 14 days. There is parking for a max of 2 vehicles at the property.
