With a stunning 250 inches of snow gracing the Mary Jane area of Winter Park this winter and spring, the Winter Park ski season has been extended until May 12th, three weeks longer than average years.
Prolonged Mary Jane Closing Day

This is the second latest closing in the park’s history, giving avid skiers and snowboarders several extra weeks to enjoy the sport before the summer hiatus.
Adventure on Mary Jane Mountain
Winter Park’s famed Mary Jane Mountain is known for its challenging terrain and tree dotted slopes. With multiple chair lifts taking you to the top of the mountain, you can maximize your downhill skiing or snowboarding time. The Panoramic Express lift will take you to the Parsenn Bowl area north of Mary Jane, where you can enjoy intermediate and advanced intermediate runs beginning at 12,060 feet and ending at the Mary Jane base area of 9,450 feet. Cruising into the Mary Jane area, you’ll have your pick of challenging black diamond runs. The world class moguls will challenge even advanced skiers, while those who quite aren’t up for the task can also choose among intermediate and advanced intermediate trails.
