Situated right on the Lift Shuttle Route and just a short 10-minute drive to Winter Park Resort, where you can enjoy the base village with lifts for skiing/ boarding/ mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other resort attractions including several summer activities. Less than 5 minute drive to downtown Fraser or the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock-climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. This unique floorplan features a living room area on the main level, that has comfortable seating and a 75" HD TV for all ages to enjoy! Find a Power Room on the main level, for easy access. Moving downstairs, the second bedroom is a King Secondary Master with attached Full Bathroom and a Glass Walk-in Shower. The Third Bedroom is an King Mini Suite with attached Full Bathroom that includes glass walk in shower. The Fourth Bedroom is the Bunk room, featuring a custom built King Over King Bunk Bed and attached full bathroom with glass walk in shower. A current list of our free activities and full details of the program can be viewed on our website. THIS PROPERTY DOES ALLOW AUTHORIZED DOGS ONLY. THE PET FEE IS $49 NIGHTLY WITH A 2 PET MAX (NO EXCEPTIONS). Reservations with pets are not allowed for stays longer than 14 days. You may park one vehicle in the garage, and an additional 1 in the driveway in front of the garage. There is no street parking and the driveway is shared so please do not block the neighbors access.
