Located directly across from Winter Park Resort (ski and bike), and one block from the start of the Arapaho National Forest, our mountain home is one of the best locations in all of Grand County, and with views to match! The brand new home was completed in late 2020 with top of the line finishes and has been lovingly and intentionally furnished for comfort and fun. Four floors provide multiple living spaces, inside and out. Nearly 3200 square feet of finished interior space (plus heated garage) to relax in, and upwards of 2,000 sq ft of exterior patio/deck space to take in all the world class fresh mountain air, sunshine and views. With vaulted ceilings, high end finishes, luxurious linens, and custom lighting throughout, this home is the perfect mountain retreat for all to enjoy! Four bedrooms each with its own private bathroom, plus powder/guest bath, make the home comfortable for all guests. Two bedrooms consist of a king bed, another bedroom consists of a queen over king bunk, and the fourth bedroom enjoys a queen over queen bunk. There are also two large couches to stretch out on, plus numerous games (video games, Nintendo switch, "Skeetch" table, and old fashioned board games) to enjoy, and don't forget to relax after a day of skiing, biking, hiking, snowshoeing, or just shopping/dining in town, in the 8-person hot tub. Every floor, window and patio has epic views of Colorado glory! Radiant floor heat on each level, including garage. There's a 7-burner propane grill on the main deck to grill an epic meal for all. The finished/heated garage also comes with an impressive ski locker system with 12-person glove/boot warmers and e-car charger - it's awesome! Just one block from the ski bus pick up/drop off, or just walk if you're so inclined, it's that close to the resort.
Winter Park Resort is just right across the street and the popular recreational areas of Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park are only a 30 minute drive, making for an exceptional rocky mountain accommodation. Winter Park Ski Resort is accessible via Winter Park’s free year-round shuttle, with the bus stop just a block away. This luxurious mountain paradise is home to some of the best views in the area, as you look out towards the Continental Divide and down the valley towards Winter Park, providing fantastic scenery from every window. Please note Winter Park is a rapidly growing mountain community, and there will be construction happening in the immediate area through 2023 at minimum.

THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT ALLOW PETS (NO EXCEPTIONS). The unit includes parking for a max of 3 vehicles.
