Many of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C because of the cooler climate. The resort base does close during the off seasons between the 3rd week in April to the middle of June and the beginning of October to the middle of November, but the town is still open. THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT ALLOW PETS (NO EXCEPTIONS). There is assigned parking for a max of 1 vehicle. The complex includes a total of 4 community overflow parking spots for the entire building available on first come first serve basis, but 1 car is strongly recommended as there are no additional parking options on site and parking is very strict.
