You'll feel right at home the moment you step inside the home's beautiful interior, with high-quality furnishings and cozy mountain touches. The home has a spacious living room, a fully stocked kitchen, a dining and kitchen bar area with seating for 9, a work area with desk and monitor, 3 large bedrooms. Enjoy amazing views of the Colorado mountains and the nearby Winter Park Ski Resort from the private hot tub and wrap- around elevated deck.
This vacation home is in the exclusive Rendezvous Community neighborhood with overlooks downtown Winter Park and is also close to the ski resort (the Resort is only a short 5-minute drive away). Guests have access to the Rendezvous Community trout fishing pond and children's playground. Transportation to the Town and Resort is provided by two FREE shuttle services. The Winter Park “Lift” shuttle is right down the road. The new Winter Park Resort base village includes lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other resort attractions including several summer activities. The Grand Park Recreation Center is located 1.5 miles away with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock-climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry entertainment complex is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick-oven pizza bar. Downtown Winter Park is right next door to the neighborhood with numerous restaurants, shopping, night life, and various scheduled events and concerts in the Town's new Hideaway Park Amphitheater. THIS PROPERTY DOES ALLOW AUTHORIZED DOGS ONLY. THE PET FEE IS $29 NIGHTLY PER PET WITH A 2 PET MAX (NO EXCEPTIONS). There is a crate, dog bed, and food and water bowls available for your furry friends! Reservations with pets are not allowed for stays longer than 14 days.
