This beautiful luxury home has one of the best locations and views available, which is in Winter Park in the popular Grand Park Deveopment. Walk right outside your door and enjoy fantastic breweries, trail systems for hiking and biking, and various scheduled events and concerts in the Town's new Hideaway Park amphitheater area just down the street. Winter Park Resort is only 6 minutes away and the FREE local "Lift" bus system will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just down the street at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock-climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. Many of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C because of the cooler climate. The resort base does close during the off seasons between the 3rd week in April to the middle of June and the beginning of October to the middle of November, but the town is still open. THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT ALLOW PETS (NO EXCEPTIONS). There is parking for 1 vehicle1 in the garage, and there is parking in driveway for additional vehicle.
