This vacation home sits in the exclusive Rendezvous Community neighborhood with overlooks downtown Winter Park and is also close to the ski resort (the Resort is only a short 5-minute drive away). Guests have access to the Rendezvous Community trout fishing pond and children's playground. Transportation to the Town and Resort is provided by two FREE shuttle services. The Winter Park “Lift” shuttle is right down the road. The new Winter Park Resort base village includes lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other resort attractions including several summer activities. The Grand Park Recreation Center is located 1.5 miles away with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock-climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry entertainment complex is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick-oven pizza bar.
