This 2022-built home is the perfect spot for both winter and summer adventures – just a 5-minute drive from Winter Park Resort (with a FREE shuttle available just down the street). Summer trail access means an easy 10-minute walk to Downtown Winter Park shops and restaurants. The popular Rendezvous neighborhood is nestled in the beautiful Arapaho National Forest and surrounded by trails for hiking, mountain biking, and snowshoeing. (Hawk, Serendipity, Broken Thumb, and Ditch Loop trails are just steps from the front door).
The new resort base village includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other resort attractions including several summer activities. Just down the street is the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, a huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground (please note this pictured rec center is offsite). The Foundry is next door with a bowling alley, movie theater, and brick oven pizza bar. This property also provides walkout access to miles of neighborhood trails for hiking and mountain biking including a trout pond and children's playground.

Many of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C because of the cooler climate. The resort base does close during the off seasons between the 3rd week in April to the middle of June and the beginning of October to the middle of November, but the town is still open. THIS PROPERTY DOES ALLOW AUTHORIZED DOGS ONLY. THE PET FEE IS $29 NIGHTLY PER PET WITH A 2 PET MAX (NO EXCEPTIONS). There is parking for a max of 3 vehicles at the property with no over flow parking options available.
