While the menu at this restaurant changes frequently, the dishes here always include a mix of internationally-inspired soups, salads, appetizers, entrées, and desserts. Examples of what you might find on the menu during a given season include kung pao calamari, tuna poke, octopus asada, paella, grilled bacon steak, chicken marsala pizzeta, salad with a raspberry elderflower vinaigrette, chicken adobo, steak Mazatlan, scallops piccata, wagyu top sirloin, maple brussel sprouts, housemade kimchi, antelope burgers, certified angus filet mignon, tequila flamed Caesar salad, meatballs made from boar and venison, bourbon crème brulee, mud pie, and more. Tabernash Tavern is also gluten-free friendly, though they do not 100 percent guarantee their food to be free of gluten or allergens.

The restaurant and Colorado Bar is open on Thursday through Saturday from 4:00pm until 9:00pm, with daily happy hour from 4:00pm to 5:00pm.
