A FREE shuttle is available just down the street which will drop you off in the middle of the resort village where you can enjoy the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other resort attractions including several summer activities. Just across the street from the neighborhood is the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. This chalet also provides walkout access to miles of neighborhood trails for hiking and mountain biking including a trout pond and children's playground. The popular recreational areas of Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park are only a 30 minute drive, making for an exceptional rocky mountain accommodation.

Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round.
