This vacation home is in the exclusive Rendezvous Community neighborhood with overlooks downtown Winter Park and is also close to the ski resort (the Resort is only a short 5-minute drive away). Transportation to the Town and Resort is provided by a FREE shuttle service. The Winter Park “Lift” shuttle is right down the road. The Winter Park Resort base village includes lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other resort attractions including several summer activities. The Grand Park Recreation Center is located 1.5 miles away with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock-climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry entertainment complex is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick-oven pizza bar. Downtown Winter Park is right next door to the neighborhood with numerous restaurants, shopping, night life, and various scheduled events and concerts in the Town's Hideaway Park Amphitheater. Optional concierge services are also available which include personal grocery shopping, private chef, in room massages and custom equipment fittings at your door. Many of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C because of the cooler climate. The resort base does close during the off seasons in the spring and fall and will vary depending on snow conditions, but the downtown area remains open year round. Each free activity is limited to one per day and must be reserved in advance through Xplorie and are seasonal subject to our partners availability.
