Walk right outside your door and enjoy fantastic breweries, trail systems for hiking and biking, and various scheduled events and concerts in Winter Park's Hideaway Park amphitheater area just down the street. Winter Park Resort is only 6 minutes away and the local lift bus system will pick you up 70 yards from your building and drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just down the street at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar.
