Outfitted with all the modern comforts of home, this marvelous unit is perfect for your Colorado mountain retreat. The newly remodeled 2 bedroom/2 bath condo sleeps up to 8 PEOPLE, with enough room to spread out comfortably in this impressive 1200 square feet of luxuriously appointed living space, which includes 1 KING BED, 1 QUEEN BED, 2 TWIN BEDS (BUNK), 1 QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA, 1 FOLDOUT BED CUSHION FOR 1 CHILD AND A PACK & PLAY PORTABLE CRIB.

Starting April 29th and lasting until TBD (anticipated completion date is prior to the Christmas holiday) there will be construction ongoing in the common courtyard where the hot tub is located as the complex is working on replacing the hot tubs. Work will be happening daily Monday – Saturday 7AM – 7PM. The community hot tubs in the complex will be closed in result, and there will likely be construction noises throughout the day which may be heard from inside the property. We will not be providing any compensation for the lack of hot tubs or the noises and burdens in the area caused by the construction, and have already priced the property accordingly with lower rates to account for the inconvenience. It is anticipated that this project will be completed prior to the 2024/2025 ski season. We appreciate your patience and understanding while this crucial work happens, and we look forward to the brand new hot tubs that will be available in the upcoming ski season!

This exceptional condo is situated within the wonderful Fraser Crossing building, allowing guests to enjoy fabulous amenities, including a heated underground parking garage (the resort charges a separate daily parking fee during the ski season only which is not included) secure bike storage, a FREE private ski locker room, a beautiful lobby living room with a 2 story fireplace, and a 3rd floor outdoor amenities plaza with incredible views, featuring a huge 30 person hot tub, double sided gas fire place, lounge chairs/tables, and a gas grilling station.

The resort village also offers several summer attractions including Trestle, one of North America's largest mountain bike parks, an alpine slide, mini golf, human maze, zip line, gyro extreme, disc golf, rock climbing wall, bungee trampolines, gold panning, and bouncy house. There is also a fantastic new rec center just down the road, that has multiple swimming pools, waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock-climbing wall, outdoor playground and gymnasiums.
 
The Town of Winter Park is only a 5-minute drive or FREE shuttle away, with additional mountain restaurants, shopping, night life and various scheduled events and activities at the new Hideaway Park amphitheater.
