Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and concierge services can be viewed on our website. This is an animal free home due to owners severe pet allergies. (no exceptions). We have other lodging that can accommodate service animals and guests with pets. There is parking for 1 vehicle in the parking lot on a first come basis. STR license #025998 .
