This structure built of wood and glass is perched on a lot surrounded by panoramic views and forests filled with beautiful pines and aspens. Four serene bedrooms, 3.5 beautiful baths, and over 4000 square feet of pure luxury treats up to 10 guests to a vacation that is as comfortable as it is lush and welcoming. Including 2 KING BEDS, 1 QUEEN BEDS, 2 TWIN BEDS, 1 SOFA SLEEPER, AND A PACK AND PLAY PORTABLE CRIB, every traveler will have a space to call their own at the end of every day of their stay.
Custom built to enjoy the best views, guest will step inside a space that blends mountain charms with modern conveniences. Greeted by a large foyer over which presides a modern wood sculpture that is all curves and beauty. Follow wood floors to the main living room of this beautiful home, offering comfortable and stylish leather furnishings, a 65-inch Smart TV, and a gas fireplace that adds romance and warmth in every season of the year. Competing for space and attention, however, are floor to ceiling windows that offer unobstructed views of the Colorado landscape just outside. Green and verdant during the summer months, fiery and vibrant in the fall, and covered in a blanket of pure white snow during all the winter and much of the spring, the everchanging scenery never gets boring.
The kitchen in #960 somehow manages to be cheerful and inviting AND modern and dramatic at the same time. Striking marble countertops top cabinets that are painted black and cobalt blue and gourmet appliances help bring back the joy in cooking. Four barstools cushioned and topped with cobalt colored fabric provide overflow seating when the dining room, located just steps away, is full.
A modern lamp hangs over the dining room table which centers the dining room in this open concept space. Made of wood and surrounded by a blend of chairs and benches, the mismatched chairs add charm and whimsy to your game time. Board games can be found throughout the home, tucked away on shelves in bookcases or hidden behind the doors of cabinets and are meant to be used by all who reside within and this room offers the best lighting and seating options for that activity.
A powder room painted powder blue can be found on this main level of the home, as can a laundry room containing a deep laundry sink and full sized washer and dryer. Multiple decks on multiple levels give guests a place to fall in love with the Colorado countryside as they grill their favorite meats, sip their favorite beverages, and lose themselves in the fiery light of the sun setting over the mountains.
The first of the four bedrooms is a comfortable and tranquil master suite, anchored by a luxurious king bed. A sitting area is included placed in front of a wall of windows that looks out onto the trees and the ensuite bathroom is a modern example of form and function. Two vanities with sinks are separated by a makeup vanity that has its own stool for comfort and a steam shower with full bath promises to be the most popular shower in the house on cold days.
The lower level is home to a spacious game room with a full sized pool table centering the room. A wall of bookshelves provide a desk space for Zoom meetings or social networking, and a second kitchenette, dining table, and plush reading chair takes up half of the open space. The third bedroom of #960 is a queen room, sharing access to a Jack and Jill bathroom with the bunk room in which twin bunk beds share the floor space with a twin day bed perched under a large window.
