Perched in the shadows of those famous mountains and offering four cabin-themed bedrooms, 3.5 modern baths, and over 2800 square feet of pure mountain luxury, this spacious home provides space for eight people to live comfortably together. The included 3 KING BEDS, 1 QUEEN BED, AND 1 PACK AND PLAY PORTABLE CRIB ensure that after a day of Colorado adventures, every guest from the littlest to the oldest will have their own space in which to sleep and relax.
Reflecting the grandeur and charm of the Rocky Mountains, guests will follow floors made of hard woods polished to a soft and golden glow to rooms designed to enchant. Starting with the living room on the main level of this luxurious property, gorgeously framed views of the landscape outside compete for attention with a 55 inch smart television and a stone fireplace in which brilliant flames will help keep guests warm even in the depths of the coldest winter nights.
The kitchen combines the charms of a farmhouse kitchen with the expediency of updated appliances in stainless steel. A mixture of natural materials include the colorful slate floors, dark stone counters, and the knotty pine cabinets, behind which guests will find everything they need to create a feast, minus the food stuffs. A vintage pair of snowshoes hang over the gas range, reminding guests that yes, there is a whole world of snowy adventures waiting to happen during their winter getaway in Winter Park.
The dining room features a surprisingly formal wood table surrounded by upholstered chairs guaranteed to be comfortable no matter how long the board games you are playing continue. A lamp accented with metal cutouts of pine cones and twigs, keeping the room from being too serious as it also provides extra light for those marathon gaming sessions.
The lower level of #509 offers more than a few surprises, starting with a secondary living area that helps make this home a favorite of multiple families traveling together! The star of this room is the oversized sectional that takes up much of the floor plan, but another stone fireplace and supersized smart TV provides some healthy competition for attention, as do the large windows that leave the views unobstructed while keeping the warmth and coziness in. Another pair of snowshoes hang on the walls down her and a wood deer head provides another touch of whimsy.
The first of the two master suites provides an iron king bed topped with colorful linens that will feel warm and silky soft against your skin. A double vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower add a lot of functional space blended with luxury and charm in the master en suite.
The second guest suite offers a French door that leads out to its own patio overlooking the awe inspiring Colorado scenery, as well as another king bed, offering a premium mattress that will feel as if its occupants are sleeping on the clouds visible outside the windows.
A queen suite is decorated with more mountain style, featuring a wood cutout of a lumbering bear over the wood and iron bed as well as charming mountain scene paintings that hang on the walls next to the bed. A half bath offers a hotel quality toiletry set, but then again, all of the bathrooms feature the same. A laundry room with full sized washer and dryer, a private garage, and large wood decks offer more secrets guaranteed to thrill. A private hot tub is protected from the elements and yet makes guests feel as if they are out in the midst of all the natural Colorado beauty; perhaps your evenings out here will bring curious wildlife to check out what all the laughter and chatter is all about! A table with bright red umbrella shading diners is tucked away in the corner of the main deck that offers an expansive view of grassy fields, lush green trees, and the Rocky Mountains standing guard in the background and a large grill will definitely be put to use during the warmer months of the year.
