Hideaway Station Luxury Loft #308 is a lovely and luxurious space, offering 2 large and tranquil bedrooms and 2 spacious baths with updated fixtures and a lodge-like feel that reflects the wonders of the Colorado countryside. We sincerely believe that the more the merrier should be everyone’s motto in life, and the 1350 square feet of this beautiful escape is designed to comfortable house up to 8 guests as proof! Everyone will have their own comfortable bed to retreat to at the end of every day as #308 offers an unbelievable selection of beds, including 2 KING BEDS, 1 FULL BED XL, A QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA AND A PACK AND PLAY PORTABLE CRIB.

As you step into a large entryway that offers a very useful surprise in the form of a stackable washer and dryer hidden behind a pocket door, polished wood floors spread out before you, leading you to rooms filled with comfort and luxury. The living room space may offer a layout similar to other Hideaway Station luxury lofts, featuring a stone wall that contains a programmable gas fireplace from which a 65-inch Smart TV hangs over the rustic wood mantle and a built-in bookshelf off one side, but its long sectional topped with soft tweed the color of a stormy sky that stretches out along a wall of windows that gives the space its own unique style. (FYI, this sofa is a queen sleeper!) A geometric patterned area rug partitions off the living room in the open concept floor plan and a set of sliding glass doors that lead out to a balcony, located at one end of the room, increases just how much of the ever-changing views you can appreciate from nearly every spot in the house. The balcony contains seating and dining space and a flashy new grill that every barbecue fan will find themselves itching to man!

Follow those wood floors to the next room on our tour, the bright and modern kitchen that centers the open floor plan. Featuring handsome dark wood cabinets that are sleek, modern, and contrast beautifully with white walls and white stone counters, the gas range is always ready for whatever meal you want to create or whatever sweet treat you want to bake. A coffee make sitting at one end of the kitchen counter ensures every morning starts the right way and the long expanse of breakfast bar, fronted by three leather and iron bar stools, ensures that every guest will have a place to eat, chat, or just relax between outdoor adventures.

There’s no rug differentiating the dining area from the living room, but we think guests will have no trouble figuring out how to use this multipurpose space even without a colorful floorcloth. A slab of wood, its edges curving in serpentine style, sits atop iron legs surrounded by six leather chairs. An updated version of the traditional wagon wheel chandelier keeps the table underneath well-lit as guests play board games, (The games on the built-in shelf in the living room aren’t just for decoration!) eat lavish meals, and take advantage of the high-speed internet by scrolling through their favorite social media sites or taking part in virtual meetings at work.

At night, crawling between the silky soft linens that top the king bed in the master suite promises to be another luxury that will change the way you vacation forever as you stay up late watching the 65-inch smart TV that rests on the bureau opposite the bed. The peaceful atmosphere will soothe the ragged edges of your soul and the convenience of the ensuite bath will be appreciated every night of your stay. A double vanity, two oversized black framed mirrors, and a classically tiled walk in shower takes care of the necessities, but the fine hotel quality toiletries we provide bring the luxury to the next level.

Bedroom number two can be used as a kid’s quarters but is sophisticated enough that adults will be perfectly fine retreating to it at night. Offering a full over king bunk, it can transport adults back to their youth as they climb up the ladder, but once they are tucked away under high thread count linens they will maintain an adult appreciation for the premium mattresses they are sleeping on! A 55-inch smart TV offers all your favorite streaming apps and large windows provide more of those incredible Colorado mountain views. This room does not have its own en suite bath, but the main bath featuring a walk-in glass walled shower tiled in white subway tiles is close enough the lack won’t be noticeable. Radiant heating in the flooring of both baths keeps occupants warm even as the snow falls in sheets outside.

The amenities provided in 308 range include an Amazon Alexa, keyless entry, and because this is a premium corner unit, the views are multiplied and will take your breath away, no matter which room of the house you are in. Community amenities are plentiful as well and include heated underground parking, access to the 30-person hot tub, and bike and ski storage rooms that will keep your gear safe and secure. A dog washing station sometimes offers glimpses of the good dogs who live in the building or can be used by guests who have brought their own dogs (#308 accepts up to three previously approved dogs) and a clubhouse style seating area can give guests waiting for ride share a warm and comfortable place to wait.

Many of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C because of the cooler climate. The resort base does close during the off seasons between the 3rd week in April to the middle of June and the beginning of October to the middle of November, but the town is still open. THIS PROPERTY DOES ALLOW AUTHORIZED DOGS ONLY. THE PET FEE IS $29 NIGHTLY PER PET WITH A 2 PET MAX (NO EXCEPTIONS). Reservations with pets are not allowed for stays longer than 14 days.
