Offering 1600 square feet of comfort and room for up to 8 people to sleep comfortably, this charming condo is warm, inviting, and welcoming for all who reside under its roof. Professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and peace of mind, this new construction property also includes 1 KING BED, 1 QUEEN BED, 4 TWIN BEDS, AND A PACK AND PLAY PORTABLE CRIB, ensuring that every guest will sleep well and deep every night of their stay.
Families will feel at home in the bright and spacious living room that centers the open concept floor plan of #305. Stretch out on the plush sectional that offers views of both the 65-inch smart TV hanging over the mantel of the stone fireplace and views of the natural landscape of Winter Park, through a set of sliding glass doors that lead out to the balcony. Built-in bookshelves on either side of the fireplace are stocked with objects de art, games, and books for guests’ use and enjoyment, and a standing reading lamp perched over a leather chair ensures that reading is easy and eyes won’t be strained.
The kitchen is tucked away between the living room and dining room space and features rich mahogany stained custom cabinets with contrasting light stone countertops, updated fixtures, and high end stainless steel appliances that help bring the joy back to cooking. Four occupants can sit at the aluminum barstools parked in front of the expansive breakfast bar, enjoying congenial conversation as they snack on sweet treats purchased at Moon Frog Coffee Shop in town (or perhaps prepared by the cook of the day!
The dining room, located just steps away from the kitchen for conveniences sake, has a modern design in spite of the natural elements used to create it. Offering room for six guests to play games, surf the internet, or dine, this room is known to be the noisiest space in the condo as guests laugh and chat and play. A bench on one side of the table could allow for three guests to sit and a barstool can be brought over to allow for all 8 occupants to eat together.
Sleep is as important to the vacation experience as the activities you participate in during your visit, and all three bedrooms are designed to create the ultimate in sleeping experiences. The master bedroom provides a king bed topped with high thread count linens on its premium mattress and the smart TV hanging on the wall vies for attentions that may be directed at the mountain views visible through two oversized windows. An en suite bath offers privacy and a walk-in shower, Winter Park Escapes provided toiletries, and towels that are soft and fluffy.
A queen bed in the second guest room provides a mountain chalet decorator’s touch in a room that is light and bright. A large flat screen television hangs on the wall opposite the bed and a wood truck perched at the end of the bed provides a place to put on your shoes each morning or to keep your suitcase and clothing close. This bedroom shares bathroom access with the public spaces and the third bedroom of the condo, and offers a walk-in shower, single vanity, and a sleek design décor that will be appreciated by all that utilize the space.
The third and final bedroom of #305 is designed for slumber parties, pillow fights, and “just one more” bedtime story. Featuring two sets of bunk beds linked together to form a L shape and a bean bag chair destined to be the most popular seat in the house, this is a room where giggles will be uncontrollable and imaginations will take flight.
Just outside the bunk room, a stackable washer and dryer takes up residence behind what appears to be an ordinary closet door, so pack light and do not fear accidental mishaps knowing you can just throw your clothes in the wash and all will be as good as new!
The balcony mentioned earlier offers Adirondack chairs with wide arms that hold plates of food or glasses of wine easily as you sit, sip, and savor the idyllic mountain views visible from this spot. A gas grill will be much used during summer visits and although it may be too cold to sit out here for long in the winter, if you bundle up it is the perfect place to watch the sun set each evening.
Community amenities are plentiful with Hideaway Station and include underground heated parking much appreciated on rainy days or every day in the winter, a fitness center, a community seating area, and a 30-person hot tub that will soon become the highlight of your Winter Park getaway! Sit and soak and meet your new neighbors as the steam disappears into the cold blue sky and feel the aches and pains of travel and all the adventures that accompany your mountain trip melt away. You will find a public E-Charger in the covered garage next door, adjacent to the Fireside Market.
