Experience Winter Park on a Snowcat
Winter Park Resort offers daily scenic snowcat tours of Winter Park during their skiing season that take visitors on a looped tour of the ski resort’s most renowned beginning, intermediate, and expert trails over the course of two hours; access these tours easily from our condo rentals, including this lovely condo in the resort! Photo opportunities abound, and there’s a half-hour stop for lunch and sightseeing at The Lodge at Sunspot. Snowcat tours depart at 10:00am and 12:00pm daily, with extra 2:00pm slots on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Off of the resort, Powder Addiction is a local tour guide company that incorporates snowcat tours into your backcountry skiing experience. Located at the base of Winter Park Resort, Powder Addiction takes tour-goers on a journey to Jones Pass, about half an hour away from Winter Park and forty-five minutes away from Denver.
