Winter Park Resort is only 6 minutes away and the local lift bus system will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just down the street at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar.

Each free activity is limited to one per day and must be reserved in advance through Xplorie and are seasonal subject to our partners availability. This property does not allow pets (no exceptions per HOA policy that does not allow renters to have pets). Please note that the owners do have a dog that comes on occasion.
