As you look out towards the Continental Divide and down the valley towards Winter Park Resort, the Chalet provides fantastic rocky mountain scenery from every window. This 5-star luxury rental is located on a very uniquely situated 10 private acres, and has won several builder awards in the Grand County Parade of Homes.

The extended multi-level patios that surround the home provide exceptional viewing for wildlife during all seasons. The patios also include wrought iron furniture and a professional built-in Charbroil gas grill. Wanting to relax by the fire and enjoy the crystal clear night sky? Or do you want to enjoy S’mores with the family around the stone fire pits? The Chalet features 3 year-round outdoor gas fire pits, each with custom stone seating and furniture. There are magnificent 2-story windows facing directly towards the Winter Park Resort, allowing for a unique private setting while taking in the beauty of the Rocky Mountain scenery. This mountain Chalet is also situated right next to a trail system and provides first-class biking, hiking, and snowshoeing. Winter Park Resort is just a short distance away providing fantastic downhill skiing, snowboarding, tubing, fishing, hiking, shopping, dining and the largest mountain bike park in the U.S.

When you stay at the Modern Mountain Top Luxury Chalet you will notice the home has extensive wood beams and vaulted ceilings throughout, including a 2 story great room with views no picture or description can truly do justice describing. The Chef’s kitchen includes a massive island containing built-in LED lighting in the slab granite counter tops, professional line appliances, and custom dual full-size refrigerators. The kitchen and dining room provides seating for 12, with the large dining table and counter areas. This mountain home with a professional designer interior includes custom furnishings throughout. Beautiful gas fireplaces are located in the master (right next to the jetted tub) and living room, with blowers for additional heat.
