We do not charge a security deposit or reservation fee and all of our properties have FREE high speed WiFi, keyless entry and a very flexible cancelation policy. Many of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C because of the cooler climate. The resort base does close during the off seasons between the 3rd week in April to the middle of June and the beginning of October to the middle of November, but the town is still open. THIS PROPERTY DOES ALLOW PETS. THE DOG FEE IS $29 NIGHTLY PER DOG WITH A 2 DOG MAX (NO EXCEPTIONS). Reservations with pets are not allowed for stays longer than 14 days. There is parking for 2 vehicles at the property and 1 additional vehicle can park in the complex overflow lot on a first come first served basis. STR license # 006966.
