None of the properties in the Winter Park area have A/C because of the cooler climate. The resort base does close during the off seasons between the 3rd week in April to the middle of June and the beginning of October to the middle of November, but the town is still open. THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT ALLOW PETS (NO EXCEPTIONS).
